17:32 – this was so frustrating I almost started crying lol. Started with a set of 4 and then singles the rest of the way. Bars were unbroken

315 – hard but got it done! Ears ringing again lol. Loving it though

B. 3 hand release DL @ 90% of heavy 3 x 3, rest as needed

385 – went well.
