5:17/ 11:13 / 14:20 – I blew out my triceps in the first WOD and then struggled on the second two. I was stoked to not take FOREVER on the first one but then struggled bad on the bench. Side note was someone stole my grips so I had to use some crap ones which slowed me down a lot.
