This went awesome today! My HSW were fast and had a lot of confidence kicking up into them. Last set I was able to come down, turn around & kick back up right away!

A. 3-5 BS x 5, rest 2 min

*5-10# increase

325 – 4,3,4,3,3 – some sets were good and some were very tough. But overall felt better than last week. First set 4th rep I had some pelvic tilt that worried me a bit. I’ll attach video to YouTube.

B. 4-8 alt front rack reverse lunges x 3, rest 2 min

*5-10# increase

195 – 6,6,4 – left knee felt a little painful & form was pretty trash. Need to lower slowly and with more control.

C. 3-5 sumo DL x 5, rest 2 min

*5-10# increase

325 – 3,3, 3,3,3 – these still don’t feel great.

8 rounds – My plan was to hold 90s round pace. Unbroken sets of both movements with big rests between everything. This worked really well until somewhere in the 5th round my shoulders and heart just blew up out of nowhere! Really was feeling good and happy that I was holding pace until that point. Did this and can still feel my quads getting ridiculously sore already lol
