225 across – planned on going heavier originally but this felt pretty heavy today (feeing tired). Missed set 8 but made all the rest no problem

8,5,6 – failed a couple in the second set. Legs blew up. First set was all TNG so maybe that was a mistake

Had to scale the Turkish sit ups to dumbbell Turkish sit ups. 95# rainbows & 75# bends
