Day score: 7. Slightly groggy this morning. Not a lot of muscle soreness. Did not get a very restful sleep.

This went really well today got a :15s one time

2- 30 seconds 1-1-2 drill

This finally clicked. Got some good sets in.

3- 30 seconds single leg single unders (switch feet every 5 reps)

My left leg was not cooperating with this drill at all today. Could barely bound on it. Right leg was solid.

245 – these were tough today. Heavy off the floor

-12-15 burpees to 6″ target

-12-15 cal row

-12-15 cal ski

Suprised myself and was able to hold 15 for all 3. The ski was very very close to taken the entire minute. Row was done in :35-43
