*Keep your lower body tight and create swing through your shoulders. Start small.
Stayed tight. Shoulders were very tight and immobile today
-Hip to rings kips (maintain TIGHT bodyline)
Not bad on these either same thing with shoulders
-Low-rings Strict Transitions

This was really a ball buster. Ranked up the echo bike for a good sprint start and got to 25 cals quickly but then blew up hard. Got off the bike at about 2:10. The first 5 rounds I may have paced too much. The hardest part was the burpees. I tried alternating rounds from quick burpees to slow burpees and when I did the quick it would wreck me on the other movements. Really wanted to beat Max on this workout but oh well lol.
